Processing Times
I process orders within 3-5 business days. Because all items are decorated on demand, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or special events. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships or is ready for local delivery.
If a specific sale or order window has different processing or delivery timelines, I’ll clearly note that information on the shop page.
Shipping Rates
I currently offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping – $5.95
Orders shipped within the United States are sent via standard ground shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Free Local Delivery (Braintree ZIP Code Only)
If your shipping address is within the Braintree ZIP code, you may see an option for free local delivery at checkout. Local delivery availability may change in the future, but if it appears during checkout, you’re eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If it appears lost or hasn’t moved for several days, feel free to reach out and I’ll help investigate.
Please note: once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, I’m unable to replace or refund it unless the carrier confirms an error.
Shipping Locations
I currently ship within the United States. If I expand to additional locations in the future, I’ll update this page.
Incorrect Shipping Information
By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping information is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they’re placed. Because of this, cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered processing. If you need help, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll check the status.
