Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

All items are decorated on demand specifically for each order. Because of this made‑to‑order process, I’m unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, or you receive the wrong item, I will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

I’ll review the issue and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be available for unworn, unwashed items if inventory allows. Because each item is made to order, I can’t guarantee stock for all sizes, but I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of my products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Made‑to‑order apparel and accessories

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered processing. If you need assistance, reach out as soon as possible and I’ll check the status.

Return Address (If Approved)

If a return or exchange is approved, I’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. All return shipments should be sent to:
